She joins the accommodation franchisor and will report directly to the President and CEO, Patrick Pacious. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving the customer experience, leading the company’s marketing, advertising, communications and brand development functions, developing a technology roadmap and infrastructure for the future and contribute to growth objectives.
An MBA and BS graduate from Georgetown University, Noha Abdalla has over 20 years of experience creating business strategies and marketing solutions in a variety of fields.
She spent 7 years at Discovery Communications where she rose to the position of Vice President of Marketing for Animal Planet before moving to Capital One. For another 7 years, she held the positions of Senior Director and then Vice President of Digital Brand Strategy and Social Media at the banking giant.
In 2018, Noha Abdalla entered the hospitality industry when she was appointed global vice president of social media at Hilton. She then moved on to the role of Global Vice President of Digital and Content Marketing within the hotel group before joining MyEyeDr. in November 2020.
For nearly 2 years, she held the position of Marketing Manager at the eye care provider. In this role, she launched a new CRM system, an online booking platform, a patient portal and an internal media planning and buying function.
